Shipping

• Delivery throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein with Swiss Post.
• Shipping costs: CHF 9.– per order. Orders over CHF 100.– are shipped free of charge.
• Delivery time: usually 5 to 10 days after receipt of payment. We source your products fresh after your order. The postal delivery itself takes 1 to 2 business days, you will receive a tracking number.

Payment

• After your order inquiry, your consultant will personally confirm availability.
• You can then pay conveniently via TWINT or QR-bill. No credit card required.
• All prices are final prices in Swiss Francs.

Returns

• We voluntarily grant a 14-day return policy from receipt for unused, original packaged products.
• The statutory warranty of two years applies. Details in our GTC.
